3 cups uncooked basmati rice ||br||
6 cups water or broth ||br||

Garlic Tahini Sauce ||br||
½ cup tahini ||br||
¼ cup water (adjust consistency) ||br||
2 tbsp lemon juice ||br||
2 cloves garlic, minced ||br||

Instructions: ||br|| Marinate Chicken ||br||
Add chicken thighs to a large bowl. ||br|| ||br||

Coat chicken thoroughly. ||br||

Cook Rice ||br||
Rinse rice until water runs clear. ||br||
Add rice, water/broth, olive oil, and salt. ||br||
Cook according to rice instructions. ||br||

Roast Vegetables ||br||
Heat oven to 425°F. ||br||
Toss vegetables with olive oil and Freyja seasoning. ||br||
