150 g bacon, diced||br||
150 g yellow onion, diced||br||

60 ml apple cider vinegar||br||
2 tbsp Dijon mustard||br||
1 tbsp brown sugar||br||

Instructions: ||br|| Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.||br||
Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp and remove it from the pan.||br||
Cook the onion in the bacon drippings until softened.||br||
