Instructions: ||br|| 1. Prepare Filling||br||

Mix until evenly combined. ||br||
2. Lightly flour a work surface. ||br||
Roll each puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. ||br||
Spread half the filling evenly over each sheet. ||br||
Roll tightly into logs. ||br||
Wrap and chill for 20 minutes. ||br||
3. Cut each log into approximately ½-inch slices. ||br||
Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheets. ||br||
Brush with egg wash. ||br||
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. ||br||
4. Bake at: 400°F (205°C) For: 22–25 minutes Until puffed and golden brown. ||br||
