Instructions: ||br|| Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) with a cast-iron skillet inside.||br||

Whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and honey.||br||
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.||br||
Add the remaining butter to the hot skillet.||br||
