16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, freshly shredded ||br||

2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped ||br||
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped ||br||
1 tsp lemon zest ||br||
1 tsp Dijon mustard ||br||
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional) ||br||
¼ tsp black pepper ||br||||br||
Coating||br||
½ cup toasted walnuts, finely chopped ||br||
¼ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped ||br||
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped ||br||||br||
For Serving: Rye crackers, Crostini, Sliced apples, Pear slices, Cucumber rounds, Baby carrots ||br|| ||br|| ||br||
Instructions: ||br|| 1. Combine: Cream cheese, Cheddar, **Vör's Erbe Casalinghe** https://skeids.com/products/vors-erbe-casalinghe-italy, Chives, Dill, Lemon zest, Dijon, Worcestershire, and Pepper. Beat until smooth. ||br||
2. Transfer mixture onto plastic wrap. Shape into a ball and Wrap tightly. ||br||
Refrigerate: At least 2 hours but Overnight is even better. ||br||
3. Prepare Coating - Mix together: Walnuts, Cranberries, and Parsley. ||br||
Roll chilled cheese ball until completely coated. ||br||
4. Transfer to a serving board. Serve with crackers, fruit, and vegetables. ||br|| ||br||
Storage: Refrigerator: Up to 5 days but Freezing is Not recommended.||br|| ||br||
