This is a really good mix of spices creating a perfect balance of sweet and hot Asian flavors. It's not too sweet, and it's not too hot, it's just the right amount. We've put this on roasted fingerling potatoes and pork chops so far, and it's delicious. We see this spice mix being used on almost everything, even as an ingredient in an asian salad dressing. Good stuff. Highly recommend.
