Fjölnir's Lihamauste (Finland)

When Finland found its place within the Skeids pantheon, we did not want to chase a single famous dish or something reserved for special occasions. Sometimes the clearest voice of a culture is found in the seasoning that quietly sits beside the stove and finds its way into meal after meal. Lihamauste simply means “meat seasoning,” and that simplicity is exactly why we chose it.
