Instructions: ||br|| 1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture ||br||
In a small bowl Combine: Breadcrumbs and Milk ||br||
Allow to sit: 5 minutes. This creates a softer, more tender meatball. ||br||
In a large bowl combine: Beef, Pork, Egg, Onion, Garlic, **Fjölnir's Lihamauste** https://skeids.com/products/fjolnirs-lihamauste-finland, Salt, Pepper, Herbs, Add soaked breadcrumbs. Mix gently until combined. Do not overmix. ||br||
2. Shape Meatballs - Roll into: 1-inch meatballs. You should get approximately: 40 meatballs ||br||
3. Cook Meatballs ||br||
Oven Method (Recommended for Parties) - Preheat: 400°F. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet. Bake: 18–22 minutes until cooked through.
Skillet Method - Brown meatballs in batches: Medium heat for 8–10 minutes and Rotate often. ||br||
